位於法租界的老廠房，設計以「重塑記憶」為核心，透過材料與光影回應街景。立面採清水混凝土，保留紋理，讓梧桐樹影與時間在表面留下痕跡。
一樓以銅板包覆，氧化後的暖色調與混凝土冷灰形成對比，展現材料的自然老化與真實性。立面以深窗框與金屬線條調整比例與層次，營造克制而細緻的城市表情。
本案以誠實的材料語言，讓建築在城市中安靜且長久地存在。
This former factory in the French Concession is redesigned with the idea of “reframing memory.” Exposed concrete surfaces retain their formwork texture, capturing the shadows of plane trees and the passage of time. The ground floor is clad in copper, whose natural patina contrasts with the cool tone of the concrete. Deep window frames and metal lines shape a subtle façade rhythm. The building stands quietly in the city, expressed through restrained and honest materials.
