漢陰縣太平地塊住宅概念設計 HANYANG TAIPING RESIDENTIAL CONCEPT DESIGN

本項目位於漢陰縣的行政中心周邊，目標容積3.60及20%低密度開發目標，妥善安排住宅塔樓佈置及底層裙樓中之商業、公共服務配套設施。
漢陰本身於秦巴山嶺及漢水谷地中的一個城市，項目地塊周邊遙望著周邊的山水，本項目應思考如何將周邊的自然環境收納至本項目建築之中，塑造一個由裡至外融合於環境的自然氛圍，將是一重點。
項目初期即設定本項目為高端住宅設定，強調住宅單元南北通透，加以高層住宅塔樓本身限高100米，各高層塔樓之間，除滿足任務書要求外，如何兼顧通風、采光、限高、景觀、設計概念融合，並塑造不同的變化性。

This project is located in the periphery of the administrative center of Hanyin county with plot ratio of 3.60 and 20% of density. It contains residential tower, commercial and public service facilities in the podium.

Hanyin county is located in Qinba Mountains and Hanshui Valley. Design idea is to incorporate the surrounding natural environment into the layout and to create a fusion from the inside to the outside. The natural atmosphere of the environment is a key point.

This projects is set for high-end residential buildings with the building height limitaiton of 100 meters. The design feature is emphasizing the transparent for north-south of the residential units. For the conceptual design is to integrate with ventilation, daylighting, height restrictions, optimizational view and landscape.
