桃園市文欣國民小學 Wenxin Elementary School

本案為桃園市龜山區文欣國民小學第四期興建校舍工程，因應林口機捷A8站周邊人口驟增及鄰近學校額滿轉介壓力，旨在全面補足教室量體並優化校園機能。設計以「欣欣向榮，共學中庭」為核心主題，將地上四層量體置於既有校舍群的缺口處，補足原有的 U 型配置，形成向心且完整的「口字型」校園聚落。建築低樓層規劃為一般教學與專科教室，四樓則配置大跨距挑高的多功能集會堂與雨天體育活動空間，有效化解校內長期缺乏室內大型活動場域的困境。動線規劃上，利用鮮明的垂直綠色景觀樓梯與寬敞外廊，水平縫合第一期「創新樓」與第三期「卓越樓」的屋頂露臺，建構出地面中庭、半戶外陽台至空中平台的立體共學網絡；立面延續既有校舍的暖色磁磚、洗石子基座與活潑的黃色框架語彙，頂層點綴溫潤木紋磚，兼顧校園文脈傳承與童趣意象，同時全面導入通風微氣候調節、雨水回收再利用與屋頂太陽光電系統，實踐綠建築銀級與建築能效最高標準1+ 級的永續示範校園。
Addressing the surge in school-age population and transfer student influx around Taoyuan MRT Station A8 in Guishan District, the Phase 4 Campus Expansion Project at Wen-Shing Elementary School completes the long-awaited master plan while resolving severe classroom shortages. Embracing the design theme of "Flourishing Courtyard & Collaborative Learning," the new 4-story facility occupies the open end of the existing U-shaped layout, seamlessly closing the campus footprint into an enclosed, cohesive courtyard enclave. The program accommodates general and specialized STEM classrooms on the lower levels, capped on the fourth floor by a high-ceiling multipurpose assembly hall and indoor sports arena that remedies the school’s longstanding lack of a large all-weather event venue. Conceptually, a striking green external staircase and extended corridors bridge the new massing with the rooftop terraces of the existing Phase 1 (Chuangxin Building) and Phase 3 (Zhuoyue Building), establishing a multi-tiered learning network that integrates the central courtyard, semi-outdoor verandas, and aerial platforms. The façade harmonizes with campus memory through warm-toned masonry, pebble-dash plinths, playful yellow window portals, and wood-grained tiles on the top tier, combined with natural stack ventilation, rainwater recycling, and a extensive rooftop photovoltaic array to secure both an EEWH Silver-level green building certification and a premier BERSn Level 1+ energy efficiency rating.
