台北捷運北環線Y21B設計案 Taipei MRT North Circular Line Station Y21B Design Project

本案為台北捷運環狀線北環段 Y21 站捷運開發區土地開發設計案，座落於蘆洲與三重交會核心，緊鄰徐匯中學站與集賢路商圈，串聯北投士林科技園區、新北產業園區與內湖科技園區之產業廊道。設計秉持「TOD 站城一體化」理念，打造「出站即到家」的高效率垂直共融聚落，低樓層整合捷運出入口、沿街精品商鋪與睦鄰彩繪步道，上方則規劃優質住宅與高層共享休閒設施。建築概念深度回溯蘆洲的水岸歷史與在地紋理，將昔日河畔「蘆葦搖曳」的生態生長意象，轉化為外立面錯落有致的垂直遮陽格柵與木質色構件，賦予高層量體自然有機的立面韻律。建築頂部以退縮手法打造多層次立體空中花園、露臺休閒平台與空中會客廳，並配置綠能光電板與耐候石材基座，讓住戶在漫步綠意的同時遠眺觀音山與大屯山景緻，成功在繁密都市核心中形塑一座兼具軌道經濟效能、生態共生美學與歷史人文溫度的綠色住宅新地標。
Situated at the intersection of Luzhou and Sanchong Districts adjacent to the St. Ignatius High School Metro Station on Jixian Road, the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Project at Taipei Metro North Circular Line Station Y21 seamlessly links the tech corridors of Beitou-Shilin, New Taipei Industrial Park, and Neihu. Embracing the core vision of "station-city integration," the development enables a direct "exit-to-home" transit lifestyle by anchoring retail shopfronts, transit entrances, and art-lined pedestrian laneways on the lower levels beneath high-rise residential towers. Inspired by Luzhou’s historical identity as a fertile wetland, the architectural expression translates the natural rhythm of swaying reed beds into dynamic vertical facade louvers and textured earthy screens, softening the tower's massing with delicate light and shadow play. The tower terminates in cascading sky terraces, a communal aerial lounge, and landscaped rooftop gardens outfitted with solar photovoltaic panels, offering residents sweeping panoramic vistas toward Guanyin Mountain and the Datun Volcano Group while providing an urban oasis. This project stands as an eco-conscious residential landmark that harmonizes rapid rail-transit connectivity with rich localized cultural heritage.
