湖州市老城區龍溪港單元LC-08-02地塊原為新昌絲綢廠，設計內容欲滿足城市高端住宅及商業步行街的內容，設計當中引入絲綢的概念，放眼城市整體的商業區、住宅老城區流線得以獲得串聯，有利於城市發展。
整體設計上並導入瞭如下的設計理念:

The LC-08-02 plot of Longxi Port Unit in Huzhou ’s old city area was originally a Xinchang Silk Factory. The design content is to meet the content of high-end residential and commercial pedestrian streets in the city. The urban circulation can be connected in series, which is conducive to urban development.
