酒店被群山和綠地環繞，與自然和鄉土緊密結合。該基地和周圍環境將成為未來的旅遊目的地之一。酒店的設計旨在描繪土地本身作為農田的原始圖像。“歸園田居”成為酒店遊客體驗的關鍵點，也希望將建築與環境以及當地居民融為一體。
該建築謙虛地坐落在廣闊的自然景觀中，專注於遊客如何體驗酒店提供的探索和發現的獨特經歷。這是關於建築和景觀在每個角落的美麗敘事，關於大自然的包圍和風景如畫的景觀。
該建築由幾個體塊組成，形成一個部分封閉的中式庭院。體塊佈局是和諧共處的當地村落文化的體現。靈動的坡屋頂模仿當地的川西傳統建築。景觀作為歸園田居的背景發揮著重要作用。它不僅是對中國園林懷舊情懷的當代演繹，更為使用者體驗回歸自然提供文化和教育的活動場地。
Surrounded by mountains and green land, HIEX is located in the middle of natural land, side by side with the locals. The site and surroundings will partially be a future touristic destination. The design of HIEX intends to picture an image of the originality of the land itself as a farmland. “Return to home and harvesting nature” becomes the key point of experiences that are introduced to the hotel visitors that also hopes to integrate the architecture with the context and most importantly the local people.
The architecture sits humbly on a vast natural landscape and rather concentrate on how the visitors experiencing the discoveries and explorations that the hotel could offer. It is about the beautiful narrative that is present at every pocket space of the building and landscape. It is about being accompanied by nature and picturesque landscape.
